We know that arranging a funeral can be one of the hardest things to do and there is a lot to think about at such an upsetting time.
For over 60 years, we’ve been arranging funerals from our funeral home here in Lavenham.
We’re here to take the burden – to guide, organise and direct the whole process. Whatever your loved one’s wishes, we help you create the perfect dedication to them. We’re available 24 hours a day, whenever you need to get in touch.
Dedicated direction
David or Paul, both managing partners at W A Deacon Funeral Services, will be the main point of contact for you. They will guide you through planning the ceremony and act as the lead director on the day of the funeral.
In everything we do, we act with compassion and sensitivity, respecting the wishes of you and your loved one.
We can be involved in all aspects of the funeral arrangement:
- Arranging the ceremony – including religious and non-religious services in a place of your choosing
- Providing transport – from a traditional hearse and limousines to a horse-drawn carriage or any other individual ideas
- Ordering and hand finishing the coffin
- Providing a chapel of rest for family and friends to pay their respects
- Designing and printing stationery
- Providing an obituary
- Collecting donations
- Organising flowers and memorials
